Rod End Resizing:
The inner diameter of the rod ends will need to be enlarged with the supplied 1/8″ drill bit. A small cordless drill on a slow speed is recommended for best results. Use a paper clip or similar item to first measure the depth of the threads in the rod end. Use that measurement to mark the drill bit or use a pinion gear to act as a depth stop. This will ensure you do not drill beyond the existing depth of the rod end.
NOTE:Ā The turnbuckle sizes below are different than stock lengths to better suit different adjustment settings and proper turnbuckle to ball cup engagement.Ā
